Refund policy

Due to the nature of the subscription box (including gift cards) we cannot accept returns. If something is not as it should be feel free to reach out at hello@smelltheroses.au and we will do our best to make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
